Please join us on August 8, 2026 for Greenwood Rising’s 5th Anniversary Celebration Gala at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Downtown Tulsa. As Greenwood Rising marks five years of preserving the legacy of Black Wall Street and shaping future generations through education and engagement, this milestone evening will celebrate the organization’s impact, progress, and vision for what comes next.

Celebrity emcees Becky Dixon and J.C. Watts, Jr. will host the gala, which promises to be a fun and exciting evening featuring dance, music, and an address by Mara Gay, celebrated journalist and New York Times editorial board member.
